PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is a member of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). This association provides our industry with the latest information through newsletters, seminars and instructional tools. BSCAI holds conventions for executives to learn the latest information about equipment and technical training. Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. has incorporated BSCAI's videotapes and manuals into the training of all our employees.
Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is a member of the Executive Committee of the MDP, Inc., whose mission statement is to enhance the economic vitality of downtown Middleborough, while maintaining its architectural and historic ambiance and by recruiting and retaining businesses sensitive to this community’s rural heritage.
Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is a member of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce. This chamber services the business community in the heart of the South Shore. As active participants, we have been represented on the Board of Directors, as well as several subcommittees.
Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is also a member of the Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce, based in Middleborough, Massachusetts where we maintain an auxiliary warehouse.
Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is a member of the Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board which promotes programs to develop training and employment opportunities in the Brockton region.
As active participants we have been represented on their Executive Committee.
