THE SERVICE SCHEDULE
Using our master schedule, Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. is able to clean your facility each evening and automatically wash windows, strip floors, shampoo carpets and perform all the tasks necessary to maintain the “corporate environment”.

Our scheduling software, WorkOrderPro®, prepares work orders for periodic tasks included in a client’s schedule of service and has an option for recurring work orders which are programmed automatically. We can also input special requested jobs with this system. This program enables us to perform tasks in a timely manner and insure the cleaning program is fully implemented.

TILE FLOOR MAINTENANCE
Vinyl composition tile (VCT) are kept in a glossy state. Our schedule of either buffing and burnishing or refinishing keeps your floors looking like new. We can provide rental "perpetual care" walk off mats and exterior entrance mats.
LARGE AREA FLOOR CLEANING
The power equipment arrives by trailer and washes with a minimum of water, noise or disruption. Our clients schedule concrete to be swept and washed periodically (sometimes only once a year). We can clean without interfering with your production.

CARPET CARE
Vacuuming (even with our modern powerful equipment) is not sufficient to maintain the look of commercial carpets. Periodically all carpets maintained by Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. are cleaned - most by the steam extraction method; others by various shampoo compounds. When appropriate, Scotchguard application is made in selected areas.
SPECIAL TASKS
Light bulb replacement, refrigerator cleaning, multi-story window washing, emergency cleaning services (working hours), computer disposal, replacement of air filters - all janitorial jobs are done right by Colonial Maintenance Contractors Inc. We also can provide cafeteria supplies such as dish detergent and napkins. We can provide ice melt pellets during the winter season.
GLASS
Glass doors are cleaned every evening and windows usually quarterly, with the exception of store front windows which are cleaned according to the client’s specifications. Frames are wiped clean. Pictures and cases of glass are washed on schedule.
REST ROOMS
We pay special attention to rest rooms. We sanitize as well as clean rest rooms and restock paper towels, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, sanitary receptacle liners, sanitary products, hand cleanser, hand lotion and air fresheners. Walls are washed periodically and of course graffiti immediately removed. We also provide periodic drain treatments (enzyme). We loan modern "high use" dispensers.
FURNITURE
Desk tops and phones are periodically cleaned with a mint-scented disinfectant. Wood furniture is treated with lemon oil once a month. Absorbed into the wood, it does not build up. (Fine antiques are treated this way.)
